Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reesheh.ai's website, web app, and mobile app (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal information.

1) Eligibility and Accounts

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations.
• You may register through supported login methods (including email/password and Google sign-in where available).

2) Recording, Uploading, and Content Responsibility

Reesheh provides tools to upload audio, video, documents, and text and generate educational outputs (such as notes, flashcards, and quizzes). You are solely responsible for content you upload or submit.

• Institution rules: You must comply with your school, university, workplace, instructor, or organization rules on recording, sharing, and use of educational materials.
• Consent and privacy laws: You must obtain any legally required consent before recording people or sharing private communications.
• Copyright and IP: Do not upload or distribute copyrighted material unless you have rights or permission to do so.
• Sensitive data: Do not upload highly sensitive data unless strictly necessary and legally permitted.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, or rights violations.
• Use the Services to facilitate cheating, academic dishonesty, or plagiarism.
• Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, or disrupt service availability.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, bot, or automate extraction of protected platform content beyond normal browser/app use unless expressly authorized in writing.

4) AI-Generated Outputs

• AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
• The Services are learning aids and do not replace your own study, professional advice, or legal obligations.

5) Subscription, Credits, and Billing

• Some features require paid plans or credits. Current pricing and feature limits are shown in the app or purchase flow.
• Credit usage is tied to supported actions (for example, audio processing workflows) as described in product UI.
• Payments are handled by third-party providers. Their terms and policies apply to billing transactions.
• You are responsible for managing renewal and cancellation through the available billing channels.

6) Refunds and Cancellations

• Due to the digital nature of the Services, refunds are generally not guaranteed unless required by law.
• If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we will review reasonable refund requests case-by-case.
• If you cancel a subscription, access to paid features may continue until the end of the then-current billing period, unless stated otherwise during purchase.

7) Intellectual Property

• Reesheh and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and platform content (excluding user content).
• Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal educational use.
• This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the Services without written permission.

8) User Content Rights

• You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to rights you grant us to operate the Services.
• You grant Reesheh a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform your content solely as needed to provide and improve the Services.
• You represent that you have all rights needed for content you upload.

9) Account Deletion and Data Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time using available product controls or support channels.

Consistent with our Privacy Policy, once your account is deleted, all associated user data is permanently deleted.

10) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or abuse the Services. We may also remove content that violates law, policy, or third-party rights.

11) Third-Party Services

The Services may depend on third-party providers (for example, authentication, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, analytics, ads, or billing). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

12) Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reesheh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reesheh and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use after effective date means acceptance of updated Terms.

16) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction you designate for your legal entity and operations.
