These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of reesheh.app's website, web app, and mobile app (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Please also review our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and process personal information.
1) Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you are 16 or older. The Services are not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 16 to create an account.
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations.
- You may register through supported login methods (including email/password and Google sign-in where available).
2) Recording, Uploading, and Content Responsibility
Reesheh provides tools to upload audio, video, documents, and text and generate educational outputs (such as notes, flashcards, and quizzes). You are solely responsible for content you upload or submit.
- Institution rules: You must comply with your school, university, workplace, instructor, or organization rules on recording, sharing, and use of educational materials.
- Consent and privacy laws: You must obtain any legally required consent before recording people or sharing private communications.
- Copyright and IP: Do not upload or distribute copyrighted material unless you have rights or permission to do so.
- Sensitive data: Do not upload highly sensitive data unless strictly necessary and legally permitted.
- Imported media (e.g., YouTube): When importing videos from YouTube or other external platforms, you must own the content or have explicit permission from the copyright owner to import and use it. We are not responsible for any imported videos or media.
3) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, abuse, or rights violations.
- Use the Services to facilitate cheating, academic dishonesty, or plagiarism.
- Attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform security, or disrupt service availability.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, bot, or automate extraction of protected platform content beyond normal browser/app use unless expressly authorized in writing.
4) AI-Generated Outputs
- AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your specific use case.
- You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.
- The Services are learning aids and do not replace your own study, professional advice, or legal obligations.
5) Subscription, Hours, and Billing
- Some features require paid plans or hourly quotas. Current pricing and feature limits are shown in the app or purchase flow.
- Current monthly subscription plans: Starter ($2.99 USD per month for 15 hours, product identifier RPS1), Premium (Basic) ($7.99 USD per month for 50 hours, product identifier RPB1), and Pro ($12.99 USD per month for 100 hours, product identifier RPP1). The price shown at the point of purchase in your local currency governs the transaction.
- Hourly usage is tied to supported actions (for example, audio processing workflows) as described in product UI.
- Payments are handled by third-party providers. Their terms and policies apply to billing transactions.
- You are responsible for managing renewal and cancellation through the available billing channels.
6) Refunds and Cancellations
- Due to the digital nature of the Services, refunds are generally not guaranteed unless required by law.
- If you experience a technical issue, contact support and we will review reasonable refund requests case-by-case.
- If you cancel a subscription, access to paid features may continue until the end of the then-current billing period, unless stated otherwise during purchase.
7) Intellectual Property
- Reesheh and its licensors own the Services, including software, branding, and platform content (excluding user content).
- Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal educational use.
- This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or commercial exploitation of the Services without written permission.
8) User Content Rights
- You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to rights you grant us to operate the Services.
- You grant Reesheh a limited license to host, process, transmit, and transform your content solely as needed to provide and improve the Services.
- You represent that you have all rights needed for content you upload.
9) Copyright Complaints and DMCA Notices
Reesheh respects intellectual property rights. You may not upload, store, process, share, or use content through the Services unless you own the content or have the rights, permissions, licenses, or legal basis needed for that use, including for personal educational use.
If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") to our designated copyright agent:

A DMCA notice should include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of someone authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and enough information for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
If we receive a valid DMCA notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who provided it. If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same designated agent. A counter-notice should include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its prior location, your name, address, telephone number, email address, consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where Reesheh may be found), and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.
We may terminate or restrict accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit content that creates copyright risk. We may also remove content or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe content violates these Terms, law, or third-party rights, including when we become aware of infringement or facts or circumstances that make infringement apparent.
Reesheh will accommodate and will not knowingly interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect copyrighted works, where those measures are consistent with applicable law and do not impose substantial burdens on our systems or users.
10) Account Deletion and Data Deletion
You may request account deletion at any time using available product controls or support channels.
Consistent with our Privacy Policy, once your account is deleted, all associated user data is permanently deleted.
11) Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal risk, or abuse the Services. We may also remove content that violates law, policy, or third-party rights.
12) Third-Party Services
The Services may depend on third-party providers (for example, authentication, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, analytics, ads, or billing). We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
13) Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reesheh is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Services.
15) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reesheh and its affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Services or by other reasonable means. Continued use after effective date means acceptance of updated Terms.
17) Dispute Resolution: Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
a) Agreement to arbitrate. Except as set out below, you and Reesheh agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use of the Services (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its International Centre for Dispute Resolution (AAA-ICDR) International Arbitration Rules then in effect, rather than in court, except as permitted in subsection (e).
b) Seat and language. The arbitration will be seated in Amman, Jordan, and conducted in English unless the parties agree otherwise.
c) Class action waiver. You and Reesheh agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. Unless both parties agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
d) Opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by emailing [email protected] within 30 days of the date you first agree to these Terms (for example, by creating an account). Your notice must include your name, the email address associated with your account, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, neither party is required to arbitrate Disputes, but all other parts of these Terms continue to apply.
e) Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for qualifying disputes. Reesheh may also seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction at any time to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
f) Where mandatory arbitration does not apply. If the law of your country of residence does not permit mandatory pre-dispute arbitration or a class action waiver for consumer disputes, this Section 17 does not limit any non-waivable right you have to bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence, and only the provisions consistent with applicable law will apply to you.
g) Severability. If any part of this Section 17 is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect, except that if the class action waiver in (c) is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim must be brought in court and severed from arbitration; all other claims remain subject to arbitration.
18) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot be waived.
Subject to Section 17, any court proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or your use of the Services must be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Amman, Jordan, and each party consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts, except where applicable law gives you a non-waivable right to bring a claim in another court.
19) Community and University Spaces
The Services include optional community features organized by university and by course ("Community"), where users can post discussions, comments, and announcements; share resources (files and links); upload past papers; vote; and appear on university leaderboards. Community is separate from your private study content.
- Your content, your responsibility. You are solely responsible for anything you post, upload, or share in Community and must have all rights and permissions to share it. Sections 2, 3, 8, and 9 (content responsibility, acceptable use, user content rights, and copyright/DMCA) apply in full to Community content.
- Conduct. You agree not to post content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, deceptive, sexually explicit, or spam, or that discloses another person's private or personal information without consent.
- Academic integrity. You must not use Community to cheat, facilitate academic dishonesty, or distribute answers to active or graded assessments. You are responsible for complying with your instructor's and institution's rules on sharing course materials and past papers.
- Student-contributed materials are not official.Past papers and other user-shared materials are contributed by users. Reesheh does not create, endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or permitted use of any user-shared material, is not affiliated with or endorsed by any university, and you use such materials at your own risk.
- Visibility. Content you share in Community is visible to other eligible users of the relevant university or course space and may be attributed to your profile. Do not post anything you do not want others to see, copy, or download.
- Moderation. Community may be moderated by user representatives and administrators as well as by Reesheh. We and authorized moderators may review, approve, reject, edit, pin, remove, or restrict content, and may suspend or remove access, with or without notice, including for suspected violations of these Terms or applicable law. Representatives and administrators act on their own behalf, and Reesheh is not responsible for their acts or omissions.
- License to display. For content you submit to Community, you grant Reesheh and other permitted users the license described in Section 8 as needed to host, display, distribute, and let permitted users view and download that content within the Services.
- Reporting and no liability for user content. You can report violating content through in-product controls or by contacting us, and we may act on reports at our discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reesheh is not responsible or liable for user-generated content or for interactions between users, and Sections 13–15 apply.
