End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Reesheh LLC ("Reesheh", "we", "us") governing your use of the reesheh.ai website, web app, and mobile apps (collectively, the "Application"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

This Agreement supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict regarding licensed use of the Application, this Agreement controls.

1) License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Reesheh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the Application on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use.

2) License Restrictions

You may not, and may not permit anyone else to:

• copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Application except as permitted by law;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application, except to the extent applicable law prohibits this restriction;
• rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer the Application or your license to a third party;
• remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Application;
• use the Application in any way that violates applicable law, this Agreement, our Terms of Service, or the rules of any platform or app store through which you obtained the Application.

3) Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The Application offers the following auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store account (or the applicable store account) at confirmation of purchase.

• Premium Plan — Length: 1 month (auto-renewing monthly). Price: $6.99 USD per month. Product identifier: RPB1.
• Pro Plan — Length: 1 month (auto-renewing monthly). Price: $29.99 USD per month. Product identifier: RPP1.

Prices are stated in U.S. Dollars. The price shown at the point of purchase in your local currency and any applicable taxes are determined by the app store and your region, and that displayed price governs the transaction.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription automatically renews for the same period at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Managing and canceling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your app store account settings after purchase. For Apple devices: open Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the Application does not cancel your subscription.

Free trials (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

4) Refunds

Purchases made through an app store are subject to that store's refund policies. For Apple App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple, and refund requests are made through Apple. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods.

5) User Content and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the audio, video, documents, text, and other content you upload or submit, and for ensuring you have all rights and consents required to do so. You agree not to use the Application for unlawful purposes, to infringe third-party rights, to facilitate academic dishonesty, or to interfere with the Application's security or operation. Acceptable use is further described in our Terms of Service.

6) AI-Generated Outputs

The Application produces AI-generated educational outputs that may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them. The Application is a learning aid and does not replace your own study or professional advice.

7) Intellectual Property

The Application, including all software, branding, and platform content (excluding your user content), is owned by Reesheh and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited license expressly set out in this Agreement.

8) Consent to Data Use

You agree that Reesheh may collect and use technical and personal data as described in our Privacy Policy to provide, maintain, and improve the Application and related services.

9) Third-Party Terms

The Application may rely on third-party services (including app store providers, authentication, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, and billing). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, and Reesheh is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

10) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Reesheh does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or fully accurate.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reesheh and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Application. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the relevant subscription in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reesheh and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Application, or your violation of this Agreement or applicable law.

13) Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you create legal risk or abuse the Application. Upon termination, you must stop using and delete the Application. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

14) Apple App Store Additional Terms

The following applies if you obtained the Application from the Apple App Store:

• This Agreement is between you and Reesheh only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Application or its content.
• Your license to use the Application is limited to a non-transferable license to use it on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Application. Any maintenance or support is provided by Reesheh.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the Application, and any claims arising from failure to conform to a warranty are the responsibility of Reesheh.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Application, including product liability, legal/regulatory compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• In the event of any third-party claim that the Application or your use of it infringes that party's intellectual property rights, Reesheh, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of that claim.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

15) Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice through the Application or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date of an updated Agreement constitutes acceptance.

16) Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction designated by Reesheh for its legal entity and operations, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
